This is a free event. No tickets are required.


CONTEST RULES1. CONTEST PERIOD: This Contest starts on April 21, 2014. Contest entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM on April 26, 2014. Contest participants will have until 12:00 PM on April 29, 2014 to complete their CitySpeaks profiles.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to all individuals who eligibly register for the City of Surrey’s CitySpeaks program throughout the Contest Period (“Entrants”). All Entrants must be individuals legally residing in the City of Surrey and who are sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of entry into the Contest.

3. PRIZES: There is one (1) random draw in the Contest consisting of one (1) prize of an iPad Mini.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Individuals may enter the Contest by creating a profile for CitySpeaks. Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Contest once they become a CitySpeaks member in the Contest Period. The Contest is offered electronically via the Internet.

5. PRIZE DRAWS: Prize draws will be held in Surrey, British Columbia on April 29, 2014 and chosen from all eligible entries received between April 21 and April 26, 2014. The Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

6. PRIZE AWARDING: Prizes will be awarded only on verification by Surrey604 that all contest requirements have been met by the winners.
