Squamish Calling: New Development Offers Affordable Living with Views

Squamish is that little town on the way up to Whistler for most Vancouverites but it is becoming a place to call home for many. The small town caught the eye of many in 2015, who were looking to buy a home when ParkHouse went up for sale and sold out in 90 minutes. It showcased that the town was in demand.

“While it’s great that ParkHouse sold quickly, the real benefit for myself and my family, who live right here in Squamish, is the chance to bring another affordable and luxurious community to the town we call home,” said developer Mario Gomes.

With the success of ParkHouse and interest coming from all around British Columbia, the developers are back with The Main.

Being only 45 minutes from Vancouver, with a short drive to Whistler, beautiful mountain views, hiking and trails in the backyard, it’s the ideal location for anyone with a passion for the outdoors.
