Watch Season 1 – The Local – 3 Civic Plaza

In this episode of ‘The Local,’ David gives us a tour of the iconic 3 Civic Plaza, the tallest tower being built in the City of Surrey.

Moving from bottom to top, he’ll introduce us to a variety of guests, including:

Norm Laube from the Surrey City Development Corporation
