Free Bollywood Aerobics Classes Every Thursday in July

Lets get moving! This summer, the Downtown Surrey Business Improvement Association is offering free outdoor Bollywood Aerobics classes. Join us once a week for a fun filled cardio workout to Bollywood music combining Indian dance moves with muscle strengthening.

Konch Bakshi, who is a certified Bollywood Aerobics instructor, will be leading the classes. Konch has been teaching Bollywood Aerobics for 18 years and her mantra is that “movement is life”. Whether you’re new to fitness classes or are looking for a challenge, we are ready to help you meet your goals!

The FREE classes will be held every Thursday in the month of July (6, 13, 20, 27) at 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Old Grosvenor Road School Site (13601 Grosvenor Road).

The event is open to all ages, fitness, and experience levels. No equipment required. Please wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear such as runners or sneakers. Bring plenty of water and be prepared to have lots of fun! In the event of rain, class for that day will be cancelled.
