Students Work Together to Enhance Queen Mary Park

Members of the community are invited to join the City of Surrey’s Natural Areas Partnership (SNAP) and Salmon Habitat Restoration Program (SHaRP) in an event to enhance habitat within Queen Mary
Park. Surrey’s environmental restoration teams will work together to enhance the natural habitat by removing invasive plant species like Himalayan blackberry and English ivy , as well as cleaning up litter. Come see the teams in action as they work together to restore Surrey’s natural areas!

When: Friday, August 9th at 10 am – 3 pm

Where: Queen Mary Park – 8972 Queen Mary Boulevard
(north of 88 Avenue and west of 132 Street)
