The walk starts at Surrey City Hall as they make their way through the civic plaza along University Boulevard, past the Surrey Central Skytrain station, bus loop and making there way into the world class Central City property which features Simon Fraser University, a project that Williams lead when he was the Chair of ICBC, the BC Crown corporation who developed and retrofitted of the original Surrey Place mall.

They make there way through the lobby to the top of the dynamic and stylish office tower where they get a tour of the new Century Group Headquarters.
There they are greeted there by David Laulainen, the Director of Marketing for Century Group who showcases their current project, Surrey’s first mixed use hotel, office and luxury residential skyscraper, 3 Civic Plaza which will feature 3 floors leased by Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
