Kamal’s Video Palace Presents Shreya Ghoshal in Concert on September 17

Shreya Ghoshal, an acclaimed singer from Bollywood, winner of four national awards, six Filmfare awards & nine South Filmfare awards, is fondly called the Melody Queen, Queen Bee and Future of Indian Singing. Shreya started singing at the age of six, and at 33 she has become the first Indian singer ever to have a wax statue at Madame Tussauds in New Delhi.  Her Bollywood debut was at sixteen, when she sang playback for Aishwarya Rai in the movie Devdas.

Shreya won her first National Best Singer Award with her debut song, and never looked back. Having crooned for Bollywood’s leading music directors and lead heroines, complemented by the best male singers, the Nightingale of India is now on her most ambitious North American tour of 12 concerts in 12 cities.

She’s performed to capacity crowds in Detroit, San Francisco and Los Angeles, and will now grace Vancouver’s iconic Pacific Coliseum at PNE on Sunday, September 17 2017. KVP Entertainers treated Vancouverite’s to Shreya’s melodious voice in 2012, and again in 2014.

This time, Shreya will be accompanied by top instrumentalists of the Indian Symphony. With Shreya Ghoshal singing her popular songs & her favourites over the years to the music of the Symphony Orchestra, Bollywood music lovers are in for a three and a half hour treat.

The stage is set for an amazing evening, and Shreya will sing  her most popular new songs, and also pay a tribute  to music maestros Salil Choudhry, SD Burman, Madan Mohan, Laxmikant Pyarelal, Hemant Kumar, RD Burman, Lata Mangeshkar  and Asha Bhosle.  Expect to meet many music lovers, as doors of the Pacific Coliseum will open at 6 PM, and the concert will start at 7 PM on September 17, 2017.
