The method must be adopted according to the type of equipment available to you and your knowledge of different chemicals and techniques.

Decarboxylation Method

Among other methods, this method is widely used to make e-juice. This is one of the best ways to make the terpenes for sale e-juice of your choice. The ingredients used in this method are easily available. The technique used for this method is not very complex. But you must handle chemicals with care as they may splash. The glassware used for this must also be of good quality. The area where you make e-juice must be well ventilated and clean.

Ingredients

  • High graded alcohol 
  • 2 big jars
  • Stove
  • Propylene glycol
  • Cheese cloth
  • Gloves
  • A big pot 
  • 6 to 7g good-quality buds
  • Masks 
  • A bowl of Pyrex company

The grain alcohol of high grade i.e., 190 plus must be used. The rubbing alcohol must never be used. EverClear may be used for this purpose. Always use shredded buds for making e- juice.

Procedure

  • Your sliced buds (6-7g) should be taken in a bowl of Pyrex.
  • Place them in the oven and let them bake at the temperature range of 107oC to 121oC. This must be done for fifteen minutes.
  • On taking them out, you would get dried and brown colored buds.
  • Take a mason jar and put your dried buds in it. 
  • Pour enough alcohol in it that it should sink buds. 
  • The room must be adequately ventilated for this step. 
  • Now add 5 inches of water in the pot and put the mason jar in the pot. 
  • Boil the water on the stove with constant stirring of weed in the jar. Excessive alcohol would evaporate in this process. 
  • Continuously move the jar until the buds have a darker color. After the color has changed, take the pot off the stove and wait for its cooling.
  • After this step, you will use cheesecloth for the filtration of your juice. All the fiber of plants should be adequately filtered otherwise, it may affect the taste of juice. 
  • The process of filtration can be done in another mason jar. This jar should be covered with cheesecloth. Now spill the jar containing buds and get filtrate. The buds would be very thick so you must use a knife to get them out. Your buds must be moist and well soaked. 
  • Use our full force to squeeze the cheesecloth until all your weed is taken out in another jar. This would determine the amount of juice you get in this method. 
  • The filtrate obtained must be a brownish liquid. 
  • Some of you must want to squeeze all the herb so wait 1 or 2 hours for dripping from the cheesecloth. 
  • Now your jar is filled with filtered liquid and high-quality alcohol. Add water in it and put it in the pot. 
  • Now you have to boil this mixture until you get at least 6ML of liquid being left in the jar. 
  • The last step is the addition of 21 MG Propylene Glycol to your jar. 
  • You can use a syringe to store it in your dropper bottles.

Conclusion

All this procedure must be done with open windows. The chemicals must be handled with special care.
