It has been a tradition in our family for Dad, aka Dr. David Pierce Beatty to read us “The Night Before Christmas” from the old tattered and beautifully illustrated story book his grandmother gave him in 1936 when he was only 3 years old!
This video was taken on December 24, Christmas Eve 2008 in my parents’ home in Sackville New Brunswick as he read it to my niece and nephew.
