Burdock & Co Snow Moon Dinner

Burdock & Co invites diners to indulge in culinary magic and cosmic vibes. The new Moon Dinner Series is held on full moon evenings throughout the year. Each spiritual feast will feature a multi-course farm-to-table menu unique to the corresponding moons and celebrate our gravitational partner while educating guests about earth-friendly biodynamic farming practices and natural wines. The Full Moon Dinner Series will kick off with it’s first edition – Snow Moon – featuring vegetable-forward dishes and carefully curated pairings from the eatery’s award-winning natural wine list.
