Say goodbye to anxiety and worry and start the New Year afresh by learning to meditate. Meditation enables us to maintain our cool, no matter what life throws at us.  We find that we can experience inner peace and contentment just by controlling our mind, without having to depend upon external conditions. Our classes are taught by Kadampa Fraser Valley's Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Delek, a Western Buddhist nun with over 30 years experience teaching meditation.
