This class is for people that are currently experiencing symptoms of dizziness, unsteadiness, imbalance or vertigo. Join Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic LIVE with their lead physiotherapist, Juliet Grundmanis, on Friday, September 4th at 12 p.m. PST to learn introductory gaze stabilization exercises, while exploring ways to gently challenge your symptoms in a safe manner, and improve your balance.
