Meditation does not need to be complicated!

Join Dr. Genevieve Brule, Naturopathic Doctor and Yoga Teacher, for an aftermoon of guided meditation and breathing. Meditation can be a little bit intimidating at first, however this guided, community workshop takes the uncertainty out of it!

Genevieve will discuss mindfulness and meditation, how these practices benefit our health and share tips for beginning your own mindfulness practice. This workshop is great for anyone brand new to meditation or those seeking to deepen their current practice.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Guided Meditation & breathing
  • Journaling prompts to explore your experience
  • Exploring tools for developing your own practice
  • Botanical tea

WHAT TO BRING

  • Journal & pen
  • Blanket (a few available)
  • Wear comfortable clothing
