This course introduces the project management methodology and framework that PMI® advocates in the PMBOK® Guide 6th Edition. This program will prepare you to successfully passing the PMP® certification exam.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Review the PMP® exam requirements and application process
- Apply principles defined in the PMI® PMBOK® for initiating, planning, managing, and closing projects
- Recognize critical terms and concepts of Project Management, such as process groups and key knowledge areas and apply them in real life project environment
- Explain PM Professional Responsibility behaviors.
- Apply for the PMP Exam as the duration of this program is 35 hours thus it meets PMI® exam eligibility requirements for the PMP® certification.
