If you are of the opinion that “It’s not Christmas till the Welsh Men Sing” you’ll be delighted to know that the local favourites will be back in Surrey once again this year. A Surrey Christmas tradition for over 30 years, the internationally acclaimed Vancouver Welsh Men’s Choir (VWMC) will return to the Main Stage at Surrey Arts Centre to lift your spirits and hearts with some seasonal cheer. This year, the popular Lower Mainland Men’s Choir are back with a new show, Christmas Traditions from Around the World. The evening will feature songs from around the globe, from Catalonia to the Caribbean—and there will also be plenty of Celtic favourites to round out the show!

ABOUT THE VANCOUVER WELSH MEN’S CHOIR
The VWMC is made up of approximately one hundred auditioned members, led by professional musicians. The choir is a diverse group of individuals who come together from different cultures and backgrounds (the Choir is not just Welsh people!). However, all the members have one thing in common: a passion for singing. The VWMC love to perform traditional and contemporary choral songs and always have fun with their music, and with their audiences.
