Learn the basics behind essential oils and how they can enhance your yoga practice!

You've probably heard the buzz about essential oils by now, maybe you have some questions? Join Nancy Chenier and Dr. Emily McManus DC, on Sunday April 28th at noon to learn abou the powerful effects essential oils can have on your daily life, as well as how they can be used during your yoga practice.

Emily will begin with a breakdown on the basics essential oils, the ones that will become your Must-Haves! After learning about each oil, Nancy will help lead us through how incorporate each one into our practice. The workshop will be 90 minutes in total (about 45 minutes of instruction and 45 minutes of yoga). This will be accessible to every mind and body!

Walk away feeling more confident, and yet curious, about how essential oils can be used during your practice and in your daily life. Enjoy some samples and hands-on love.
