Members of the community are invited to join SFU Surrey in the 7th annual Terry Fox Walk/Run on Friday, September 30. Both events will take place concurrently at SFU’s Surrey Campus and Holland Park. There will be a competition for the “Best Spirited Team”, so keep this in mind when coordinating team members! The event will also take place rain or shine, so please come prepared for the weather as well as bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated! After the walk/run, light lunch will be served by donation, with all proceeds going to the Terry Fox Foundation. As well, there will be a silent auction which will give participants an opportunity to win many great prizes, courtesy of different community businesses.
